Who are we?

We are a band called Little Big Horn, created and managed by Nick True.

We store personal data in trusted data centres that are ISO 27001 certified, meaning they meet industry best-practices for information security. Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and any applicable laws.

To prevent unauthorised access, use, destruction or disclosure of data, we only use trusted password-protected and encrypted services. We protect data against accidental loss by performing regular backups where necessary. Only authorised personnel have access to these services.

We keep personal data only for as long as is required for the purposes of providing and advertising our services to interested parties. Once data is no longer relevant for these purposes - or on request from the data owner - data is permanently deleted.

We use limited tracking on our website to manage user sessions and enable our account system to function. We only use this data in accordance with this privacy policy.
